Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Quantify ROI projections for futuristic initiatives using predictive analytics
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech firms
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (journal articles, patents, keynotes)
- Strong understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS)
