Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech breakthroughs
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market conditions and consumer behavior shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 5-year future scenarios
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to executive leadership and investors
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with emerging tech startups
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech adoption roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
