Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) and forecast their impact on industries through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Create quantitative models to assess future market viability and ROI
- Produce executive-level briefings and thought leadership content
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Maintain a proprietary '2026 Horizon' trend intelligence database
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative modeling and data visualization skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist methodologies or published insights
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
