- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state capabilities and strategic priorities
- Produce quarterly trend reports highlighting disruptive forces impacting our industry vertical
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging business models
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology roadmap implementation for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with visualization expertise (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and strategic modeling software
- Track record of translating complex futures research into executive-level insights
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and academic research institutions
