Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2035 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-backed future-state projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and industry pioneers to co-create next-generation solutions
- Oversee the development of an innovation pipeline aligning with long-term corporate vision and ESG objectives
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities across all departments
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on emerging paradigms shaping 2026 and beyond
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional skills in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and translating complex concepts into executable strategies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU Horizon, APAC tech corridors)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFS, WFS) or strategic innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking 2.0)
