Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies and trends that will shape the future (2026 and beyond)
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives to leverage new technologies for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate futuristic concepts into current projects
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts and thought leaders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies such as AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or blockchain
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and long-term
