Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology landscape, including AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team
- Translate complex future trends into actionable product development strategies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven expertise in future trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep technical knowledge in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, books, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth tech environments
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
