Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI integration and climate-resilient technologies
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives merging synthetic biology with distributed ledger systems
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic research partnerships
- Develop '2026 Impact' frameworks to evaluate technological viability and ethical implications
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and investor boards with data-driven foresight
- Build global consortiums of futurists, engineers, and policy influencers
- Mentor junior innovation strategists in futures methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Physics
- 10+ years experience in strategic innovation roles at FAANG or equivalent tech firms
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity or climate-tech
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized future-tech implementations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI safety protocols, and carbon-negative tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation modeling platforms
