- Mentor a team of futurists and design researchers using speculative design methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 firms
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technology trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, climate tech, or human augmentation
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or futures departments
