Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market disruption forecasts

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Analyze exponential technology trends (biotech, nanotech, AGI) to identify competitive opportunities
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to investors and board members
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven futures forecasting experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related discipline
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
