Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across multiple sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward solutions (quantum computing, biotech integration, AI governance)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present visionary frameworks to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee ethical compliance and sustainability frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-tech initiatives
- Ability to travel 15-20% for global research partnerships
