Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Deliver quarterly executive briefings on emerging threats, opportunities, and paradigm shifts
- Establish innovation metrics to quantify ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Represent Innovate Tomorrow at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor senior leadership in strategic foresight methodologies and future-proofing principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused executive leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies (e.g., CFAP, MFS) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex scenarios into executive action
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategy publications
- PhD or advanced degree in strategic studies, technology management, or related field
