Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping exponential technologies to market opportunities
- Design strategic roadblocks for quantum-resistant security and ethical AI deployment
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interface solutions
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' briefings for executive leadership
- Identify and secure partnerships with emerging tech incubators and academic institutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation pipeline maturity against 2026 benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with exposure to exponential technologies
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) or equivalent experience
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through complex technology transitions
- Prior work with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
