Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Technology Horizon' reports
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Identify and analyze disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Tomorrow's Leaders' program
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (IEEE/MIT preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech)
- Experience with ethical technology governance frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
