Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for exponential innovation adoption across enterprise verticals
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-ready solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Produce trend intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for product development
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure organizational future-readiness maturity
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into narratives
- Experience advising C-level executives on disruptive transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
