- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish cross-functional future-readiness task forces across global operations
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing organizational strategy
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and sustainability shifts impacting industry trajectory
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 leadership on future-proofing strategies
