Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future market disruptions
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite executives
- Design innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies with $10M+ budgets
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on next-gen research initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with policy makers to shape technology governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ case studies required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Deep network within DARPA, IEEE Future Directions, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Prior experience developing regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) or Innovation Management
