- Develop innovation frameworks for sustainable growth in volatile markets
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Represent FutureHorizon at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products in competitive markets
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Fluency in data visualization and trend analysis tools
