Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technology trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum AI integration and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author whitepapers on societal impacts of biotech and climate innovations
- Advise C-suite on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Curate annual '2026 Vision Summit' with industry thought leaders
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for future concepts
