Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and synthetic biology integration
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for climate-resilient infrastructure and autonomous ecosystems
- Develop ethical frameworks for neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable disruption forecasts
- Manage $2M innovation grants for moonshot projects in space colonization and longevity tech
- Build strategic partnerships with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, and global policy institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in exponential technologies or disruption analysis (Nature/Science journals preferred)
- Expertise in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to market impact
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Certification in AI ethics (IEEE or ACM) and futures methodology (AFS)
- Exceptional storytelling ability for complex technical concepts to C-level audiences
