- Design immersive future scenarios for product development and investment decisions
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
