- Author forward-looking trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify market readiness and adoption timelines for emerging technologies
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading strategic foresight initiatives in Fortune 500 or tech-forward organizations
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
