Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight insights into executable innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a proprietary signals database of emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms and ethical AI governance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-AI collaboration systems
- Advocate for sustainable tech adoption strategies aligned with UN SDG targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, neurotech, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Flourish
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
