As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop long-term roadmaps that anticipate societal shifts, technological disruptions, and market evolutions. You'll translate complex signals into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of radical innovation across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing business models and organizational structures
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership content including trend reports and scenario-planning documents
- Embed foresight methodologies into corporate strategy and product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional scenario-planning and strategic modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations on transformation initiatives
