- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and climate risks to resilience planning
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in future studies or tech ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive innovations
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., Shell, WFS)
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., GIST, Delphi methods)
