- Present future trend analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental projects
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and tech policy forums
- Mentor cross-generational talent in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Scenario Planning or Futures Thinking
