Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026-2030 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario analyses for C-suite decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design and execute market entry strategies for futuristic product concepts
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in emerging methodologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or equivalent field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property commercialization
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
