Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype quantum-secure systems and AGI governance models
- Advocate for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices across enterprise ecosystems
- Produce actionable strategic briefings for executive teams on emerging tech disruptors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate 2026-readiness initiatives
- Drive organizational transformation by embedding future-proofing principles into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership on post-2025 societal/tech disruption (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFAP from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
