- Curate annual 'Horizon 2026' summit featuring futurists from MIT, NASA, and World Economic Forum
- Mentor internal 'Future Architects' program to cultivate next-gen innovation talent
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring societal impact of technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proven track record of launching products/services with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systemic risk assessment
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English with cross-cultural negotiation experience
