Responsibilities

- Facilitate global foresight workshops with R&D teams in Berlin, Tokyo, and Austin
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports predicting industry tipping points
- Champion ethical AI deployment frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead venture scouting in Web3 and decentralized infrastructure domains
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University/MIT Media Lab preferred)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial IP
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of climate-tech convergence and circular economy models
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend accuracy (>85% validation rate)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
