Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps for AI-driven product ecosystems
- Coordinate with R&D teams to integrate breakthrough technologies into commercial applications
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for next-generation technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives from concept to market
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
