Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience leading global R&D initiatives with measurable impact
