Responsibilities

- Facilitate high-stakes workshops with C-suite executives and research institutions
- Build and lead a global network of futurist thought partners and domain experts
- Produce forward-looking white papers and scenario-planning models for investors and policymakers
- Champion ethical innovation practices in developing next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, space, energy)
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
