Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for future disruptions
- Identify and analyze global megatrends impacting industries through 2026
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable business models in post-2025 markets
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Oversee R&D initiatives focused on next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, books, etc.)
