Responsibilities

- Develop forward-looking innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future business models
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advise board on long-term strategic pivots and risk mitigation
- Build external ecosystem with academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published author in futurism or innovation thought leadership
