Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, societal, and economic trends to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead ideation workshops for next-gen product development and market disruption
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an internal futurist think tank with industry partnerships
- Drive organizational adoption of exponential technologies
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
