Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, societal, and economic shifts
- Develop quantifiable future scenarios and disruption impact models for key industries
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Facilitate C-level workshops on emerging technologies and paradigm shifts
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
