Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and tech disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Analyze emerging technologies through futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in systemic thinking and scenario planning frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, R&D, or strategic foresight
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends (2020-2026)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of launching award-winning future-focused products/services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
