Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technology trajectories through 2026 and beyond
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs focused on quantum-AI convergence
- Develop patent-worthy frameworks for sustainable tech integration
- Partner with C-suite to translate futuristic visions into actionable roadmaps
- Mentor a team of futurists and prototype engineers
- Present disruptive concepts to global stakeholders and investors
- Drive ethics-by-design principles in emerging tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching paradigm-shifting products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- PhD or equivalent in relevant STEM field preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional communication for complex technical storytelling
