Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying disruptive innovations with 5+ year market impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems for enterprise applications
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and strategic partnerships
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor researchers in sustainable nanotechnology and climate-positive tech
- Author thought leadership publications on post-quantum security paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Future Studies with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech ethics
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable innovation frameworks
- Global network connections with futurist and tech innovation communities
