Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- Proven track record delivering products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, and neural interfaces
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Experience managing remote R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
