Responsibilities

- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for exponential technologies
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation strategy with market disruption timelines
- Curate and manage emerging technology ecosystems (Web4, metaverse, AGI)
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with exponential tech exposure
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong programming background (Python/Go) and systems architecture knowledge
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight training
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-evolving tech environments
