Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with agile development for complex R&D initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
