Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap aligned with market disruption analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching breakthrough products/services targeting 2026 market needs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal trends
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption impact
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Certification in futures forecasting or innovation management preferred
