Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-tech breakthroughs
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market disruption potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision and ESG goals
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Drive R&D investments in frontier technologies with global scalability potential
- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons, innovation sprints, and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with portfolio of future-focused projects
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI ethics, synthetic biology, quantum applications)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market impact ($100M+ revenue preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global teams and executive boards
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
