Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify paradigm-shifting technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum computing applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI-driven climate modeling and sustainable resource optimization
- Partner with venture capital division to incubate 2026-era startups
- Present future-vision briefings to executive board and key stakeholders
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging biotech and neurotech integration
- Mentor innovation fellows in futurist methodologies and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies

- Portfolio of published foresight reports or implemented future-tech solutions
