Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive disruptors for 2026 landscape
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Manage R&D budgets and resources for high-impact innovation projects
- Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products/services
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
