Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Computational Neuroscience with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Proven track record scaling AI models to 100M+ parameter architectures
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy protocols
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and NIST AI Risk Framework
- Fluency in Python/C++ with proficiency in Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
