- Develop and maintain a 2026-2035 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for climate resilience and AI augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Author annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive technologies with 5+ year impact windows
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Drive incubation of exponential ventures in synthetic biology and space commerce
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology implications
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for moonshot projects
- PhD or Master's in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
