Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year innovation roadmap aligning with 2026 technological horizons
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $10M+ investment potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Develop future-proof frameworks for ethical AI and digital transformation
- Present disruptive innovation strategies to executive board and investors
- Mentor R&D teams in anticipating market disruptions and paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching 2020+ tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption and innovation strategy
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
